All our spices, millet powders, and laddoos are prepared using traditional stone-grinding techniques in small artisanal batches.

• Natural Batch Variation: Because we use 100% natural, unadulterated spice crops without artificial dyes or synthetic flavor enhancers, slight natural variations in color, granularity, or aroma may occur across seasonal harvests.
• FSSAI Quality Assurance: All manufacturing and packaging processes adhere strictly to FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) guidelines.
• Allergen Information: Ingredients are listed on every product label and product detail page. Customers with specific food allergies (e.g., groundnut, sesame, gluten) are advised to review the ingredient list carefully prior to purchase.

All prices listed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• Price Revisions: We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, or shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

• Estimated Delivery: Delivery timelines usually range between 3 to 7 business days depending on destination pincode accessibility.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete shipping addresses including pincode and active phone numbers. Non-delivery due to incorrect address will incur re-shipping charges.
